Freddie Fox is a dynamic combination of Samira's creative talents. Samira wrote story in verse that takes the young audience on an adventure from countryside to town from the view of a fox. Freddie has been recited to enthusiastic audiences in schools, festivals and art shows, been filmed for TV and had a soundtrack made! Freddie will be launched as a full colour book in 2010.

In 2008 Samira helped Cliff Wright create his book on how to draw. The image to the right is one of the drawing exercises designed around visual memory testing. Samira studied the tree for twenty minutes and then the drawing was done without looking again at the tree. |

The above cartoon was designed for an organisation called Universal Medicine which teaches people about soul connection. Heart Chakra 3 is a course Universal Medicine run and the idea is to learn how to not be affected by all the negetive energy around you in life, which seems very difficult, like trying to stay dry when in the sea.

Although Samira does have a distinctive drawing style for which she has been chosen for various commissions, she also uses photoshop to develop her work into other images. An example of this is the christmas card on the right which was two seperate pieces of Samira's art merged together. |
